FAQ
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
How many people can the house accommodate?
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and one baby. We have 2 double beds and one kingsize bed. We have a folding travel cot available however you need to provide your own bedding.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bathroom is situated on the top floor. This is a listed building so creating en suites isn’t an option.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, linens and towels are provided for all guests. We also provide bathrrom mat, hand towel and tea towels. Please use your own beach towels outside the property.
Is the property child-friendly?
Yes, the property is suitable for children. We have a travel cot (provide your own bedding) and high chair available. Please note the house has 2 staircases, and we DO NOT have stair gates, so if your kids are moving babies and toddlers, you should supervise them closely.
Our patio garden is also up a handful of stairs, and the front gate opens directly onto the road (there is no pavement on our side of the road). There is a gate that encloses the garden from the road.
Are pets allowed?
Yes we do accept dogs. We ask that you are respectful of our house and ensure they are well-behaved and do not soil the garden. We don’t have a lawn but the garden is enclosed.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. It is a grade 2 listed house with very thick walls so we can’t guarantee there is perfect reception in every room.
Is there parking available?
There is no allocated parking space or drive at the holiday house, but there is free on-street parking on Osborne Road and the surrounding roads also have free on-street parking.
Are laundry facilities available?
Yes we have a brand new washing machine and an airdrying rack. We prefer it if you can dry your clothes outside in good weather to avoid condensation in the house.
There is also a laundrette round the corner with tumble dryers.
Can we smoke?
Our whole house is NO SMOKING. If you smoke in the garden, please responsibly dispose of your cigarette butts.
How should we dispose of rubbish and recyclables?
The refuse bins and recycling crates are stored outside in the garden.
